We would love to welcome our wonderful volunteers to help us bring the 2026 Wheatland Equestrian Gala Dinner at Belle Grey Farm to life!

There are several opportunities to lend a hand throughout Gala weekend: Friday, October 16 from 12:00–6:00 PM, helping with event set-up and preparations; Saturday, October 17 from 2:00–5:00 PM, assisting with final set-up before guests arrive; Saturday from 4:00–10:00 PM, serving as Gala Welcomers and on-hand Ambassadors throughout the evening; and Sunday, October 18 from 3:00–6:00 PM, when our wonderful “Tidy-Up Fairies” will help us put Belle Grey back together after the festivities!

 

Snacks and beverages will be available for all volunteers on site, and volunteers serving during the Gala will receive a boxed dinner. To make sure everyone feels comfortable and prepared, we will hold a Volunteer Gala Walk-Through via Zoom on Wednesday, October 14 from 7:00–8:00 PM, with step-by-step guidance on the evening, volunteer roles, and what to expect. Due to the nature of the event, all Gala volunteers must be at least 16 years old. We are so grateful for every pair of helping hands and look forward to welcoming you to what promises to be a very special weekend at Belle Grey Farm. Thank you, one and all!
